Anyone know anything about a wee shelter by the name of Narrachan in Glen Kinglass ? It's mentioned in a 1998 Cicerone Guide ("The Central Highlands - Six Long Distance Walks"😉, and this 1996 trip report: http://www.fir-rigg.co.uk/myweb58/Kinglass/glen.htm It's certainly not an MBA place. Is it still there and open ? Is there enough room to sleep in it ?

I walked by this in September 2002 for my DofE Gold and it was standing then, a solid looking structure big enough for all of us to fit in. Certainly in use then for overnight stays judging by the beer bottles along the walls! Had a chimney, metal and tar roof and a large wasp nest outside. On reading the website in full, this may have been the larger place the estate Stalker was referring to. The description of the second bridge was the same, we had to jump 3ft down the end as the steps were gone.
