  1. Fantastic winter day here in Perth, 26C and sunny. Not many more of
    those left for a while...

    Anyway, did 103km, but had to stay reasonably close to the city as I
    was on call. Logged my ride on a GPS, and created an overlay of that
    for Google Earth. For those of you who are bored and have Google Earth
    installed, the following file will launch Google Earth showing the
    track of my ride.

    Some mistake surely, I can't make out where the coffee and cake stop(s)
    are. Until I zoomed in, it looked like you'd paid a visit to the cafe
    in Kings Park, but alas, it looks like you're just depriving yourself
    of much needed sustenance.

    Sustenance consisted a homemade cheese sandwich eaten near UWA, a
    Nutri Grain Honey Nut bar an hour or so later and a coke from the Kings
    Park cafe. 🙂

    3323 calories according to the Polar. I'm still deciding what decadent
    food I'll feast on tonight. 🙂)
