1. My hed3 rear wheel had some problems below
1. bent cassette body(when it rolls the cassette shakes)
2. hurt bearing guide(when it rolls it makes an unusual sound and rough feeling)

3. curved rim

So I sent it to hed company and got it back several days ago.
But only 3 had been fixed.
Then I sent a e-mail to the company and they replied like this

The cassette on the H3 and Disc will shake when the wheel is coasting. It does this because of the way we true the wheels. There is a small shim between the cassette body and the hub shell - this shim makes the wheel true (so the rim does not curve). The cassette only shakes when the wheel is coasting, not when it is being pedaled.
Your mechanic should be able to fix the bearing guide by adjusting the axle. If you need another bearing we can send one.
DO NOT REMOVE THE CASSETTE BODY! It will make your rim curve if you do this.

I don't understand above(neither my mechanic, he said they didn't fix it perfectly and because axle is bent so the cassette is shaking when it's coasting)

Now I 've asked them to sent the hub and axle parts which is exchangible.
(I don't wanna spend money for shipping anymore because I live in South Korea.
and I've felt uncomfortable with the worker at Hed3)

I need somebody's help, please show me the way.
