  1. On monday I started my trek.

    I have dome close to 8km as of Thursday. I am averaging about 2km a day, I
    hope to bring this up.

    On Wednessday, I had someone critique my strokes. The 5 strokes I will be
    working on are: Front and Back crawl, Breast Stroke, Butterfly, and
    Elementary Back Stroke.

    All except my Fly are in decent shape. Some minor breathing, or hand, or
    head or leg positions and they are in better shape.

    My butterfly is a different story. I can bearly do it.

    I look at swimming the way most drivers look at auto racing. The difference
    between a multi gold winner, and someone who bearly can finish a race is...
    Technique. Speed has nothing realy to do with it. The people who are fast,
    are also efficient with their strokes. Learn how to do it, then go faster.

    I will be doing this.
