  1. When I ride my right and occassionally my left hand will "go to sleep" it doesn't matter how I possision it. its really starting to bug me and I'm wandering whats going on, I shake it off than right away itstarts tingling again. I'm not quite sure what the deal or how I can even fix it.

  2. It comes down to vibrations, vibrations will make your hand numb, if you ride on smooth rode, sometimes your hand will go numb if you push to much on the outside of your hand, that is where the nerve is. But usually it just happens from vibrations or what people call "road buzzzzzzz"

    Pretty much agree. The vibration is probably causing a little vasoconstriction (shrinking of arteries) which can give the pins and needles sensation that you can "shake out". Try some handle bar vibration attenuators, don't know what they are called, but can be helpful. Look at your local bike shop.
