Hi - I'm from the UK and this is my first post although I see I joined the forum in 2002!
I had a serious cycling accident shortly after that - fortunately I survived reasonably intact and am back with 5 road bikes enjoying cycling, if sometimes a bit nervous in traffic!

I've been riding for many years and riding in traffic still makes me nervous too.
Post as often as you like, no need to feel shy around here. 🙂
I know what the traffic is like here in the Uk and if you're not nervous when in it you're stupid.. Nerves are a great way to keep us alert.
