  1. After lots of trimming, I'm finally ready to begin my first bulking
period. I know I have to eat excessive calories, but I'm not sure how
this is accomplished. Do I eat past the point of feeling full? Do I
force myself to keep eating during meals when I feel stuffed? Do I
eat really massive meals, or more meals per day? Can someone tell me
    what I need to do?

Pretty simple Figure out what your calorie requirement is for the day, and
eat at or above it. And lots of protein. Especially following your WO.
Personally I prefer five or so smaller meals through the day. But that's
    personal preference.

I don't think you *have to* stuff yourself or eat multiple times. I'm
now at BMI of 25 and 6.8% body fat. I used to be quite scrawny and the
BMI increased over the years due to consistent training without
bulking/cutting or eating multiple meals. The best time to eat is
after the training. I do whole body workouts with emphasis on compound
    exercises.

it isnt possible to gain muscle mass without eating excess calories...

    Yes it is.

A bit more difficult, though. Depends on your goals.
