  1. GODDAMN I RULE! Pouring rain, 70'F, and I took off fast to warmup
fast, with a 20 to 30 minute fast run in mind. That'd be my shortest
run in at least 5 years, since I always do either 60 minutes, or 90
    minutes, nothing shorter.
Within 2 minutes I was soaked through and through, but not cold at
all. I actually turned around at 12 minutes, but said "F it, I'll keep
going", and after 25 minutes of all out running, I expected to crash,
    but on I went.
Since I'm concentrating on a spring marathon I've done no speedwork,
just endurance, so this was a surprise. I even burned full speed up
hills that sometimes kill me at my normally easy pace.
I did my whole run all out, and broke every PR I've set since 1983.
Lets face it, I'm a frickin' animal. I'm going to KICK ALL YOUR ASS'ES
at The Holyoke Race of Champions next spring. Oh, and I'll ourun you
    during the race too!

No, you're just a trolling loon claiming to be superior.

C'mon now, we all KNOW you are so scared, you are sitting in a big
pile of your own excrement, and hoping and praying you never meet up
with me in real life, lest you get the beating of your life. You wee
    cowards are truly funny people.
