  1. what do you think of the following training and diet?
for the next 3 months before I start sparring against other boxers
it is mainly to get my stamina up and develop muscles

typical day Monday to Saturday, resting on Sunday

6:00am Jog and Sprint round local park for 1 hour
is it ok to do this exercise without eating some solid food
I will likely take an isotonic drink before and during this 1 hour

    7:00am Eat Nutritional Breakfast
    typical intake
2 Weetabix with Chopped Banana in Milk
another 2 Weetabix with Chopped Banana in Milk
2 Slices of Wholemeal Toast with Peanut Butter
    500ml of Orange Fruit Juice

7:30am Cycle 30 miles at medium rate to Southport from Blackburn
good size bottle of isotonic drink
stop off at shops for other drinks
eat 3 Nutrigain Strawberry Bars at intervals

    12:00pm Eat Lunch
    2 Jacket Potatoes with Coleslaw
    1 tin of Rice Pudding

1:00pm Cycle 30 miles back to Blackburn from Southport at medium rate
good size bottle of isotonic drink
stop off at shops for other drinks
eat 3 Nutrigain Bars at intervals

5:00pm Weight Training at local Gym
Develop Arm and Shoulder muscles and Abdomen Muscles
eat 2 Bananas directly after Weight Training

    6:00pm Eat Dinner
    Grilled Chicken Breasts
    Boiled Potatoes or Pasta

    7:00pm to 8:00pm
warm down with sit-ups and dumbells at a relaxed pace

    9:00pm Eat Supper
    Bowl of Cornflakes
2 Slices of Wholemeal Toast with Peanut Butter

    10:00pm or later
    retire to bed

I will measure my weight weekly on Sunday
and I hope to gain more lean muscle mass than fat mass

any advice from anyone who is experienced with full day training
    would be greatly appreciated
    Thanks in Advance
