responded succinctly to some outright trolls such as RC, Kunich, and
maybe a couple three variations on Henry Chang, smugly informing them
that they've been kill-filed.

Me: Hmm? Well I guess my question is how to deal with the people
that refuse to kill-file the long time trolls. These people - I call
them troll feeders - are about as bad as the trolls, you know? But not
quite, I mean what do you think I should do, the rest of their
messages are ok, it's just the troll feeding at this point, that
