  1. Over the years riding the rural roads of East Tennessee I have developed haibts whether good or bad they are part of me now.

1st short climb: Pedal easy I am warming up.

1st downhill: Coast, trying to conserve energy for later.

Long flat: Pick it up a bit.

1st animal encounter: Slow down gear up and then pedal like hell past his lair.

Redneck in pickup: Pedal fast around curve cause he will pass you in the blind spot and cut you off.

Blue hair in Buick: Take your time, she will only pass if she has 3 weeks worth on straightaway to do in.

I hear Banjo music: Take a deep breath and pedal like hell.

Passing hot chicks running: Gear up and pump hard to look cool. ( I am not sure why)

Approaching another cyclist: (Either from behind or heading the opposite way) Hammer down and try to look like a pro. ( Again, not sure why)

Getting past by a faster cyclist: Slow down and fumble with your front derauiller as if you are having mechanical problems.
