Maybe, maybe not. Most newer bikes are sold with a size sticker on the seat tube. If your bike doesn't have one you'll just have to measure.
Your important measurements are effective seat tube and effective top tube. To find effective top tube, find the intersection of the top of the top tube with the center of the head tube. Measure horizontally to the center of the seat tube (or seat post). To find effective seat tube, measure down from this point on the seat tube (or seat post) to the center of the bottom bracket. This method emulates the way most manufacturers size their frames and will give you a ballpark idea of how big your bike is.
