  1. Help! My bicycle is a very very nasty bicycle, it can't
stop biting people. Yesterday, it bit the poor postman,
now the postman's ass is sore.

How can I teach my bicycle not to bite people?

What did you do to "tame" your bicycle???

Don't do what John Cleese did to his mini in Faulty Towers when it had
a toddler strop (he beat it mercilessly with a branch).

Reward good behaviour with a little gentle oiling, and try to ignore
    the occasional misdemeanour.

I hope the postman recovers soon. Bicycle bites can be quite nasty,
    but are rarely fatal.

Diogenes struck the father when the son swore: I blame the owner.

Get a new postman. A proper postman[1] will have cycled enough that his
Number has reached 50, and thus your bicycle will be more amenable to him.

1 - insert joke about Steve Abraham's hi-vis weskit here.

Three blind mice, see how they run. Is this /really/ the best
    way to test shampoo?

It was an Austin 1100, not a Mini.
