This question of funding has been going on since last November. We could congratulate the new Scottish administration for fairly quickly making the decision that the previous government had sat on. or We could wonder at the coincidence of the announcement being made on the same day as the BBC broadcast a TV item highlighting the lack of funding for this valuable service.
