3. I don't know, but I guess somebody in the forum knows or just send them an e-mail and ask, if shipping is ok for you. I guess you aren't their first US customer.
4. What I heard and what I experienced myself, they rock. No problems at all, really nice,prompt contact and fast shipping. Just take a look 'here' (http://www.unicyclist.com/forums/showthread.php?t=51463) as well. They are mentioned several times (UDC Germany).
shipping is reasonable for all the stuff i will end up getting. for what I am getting from them the items totaled $344.23 and has $52.70 shipping. I'm not getting it now so if I can save up $344.23 I think i can wait a little bit longer for the $52.70
