When I was riding every weekend, my usual breakfast was the native muesli. I call it native because of the native fruits like banana and papaya that I mix with corn flakes and oatmeal although sometimes I also add apple and strawberry depending on the availability. Add a dash of sugar and a cup of milk for flavoring to give it a taste of a real breakfast.

My family tends to do homemade muesli, or as you say native muesli. We mix corn flakes and oatmeal as a base, sometimes we change oatmeal for wheat, chia seeds, or quinoa. My mom adds raisins and nuts, I like to add dark chocolate pieces and dry fruits (banana, apple, grape), my dad puts coconut and carrot instead. Usually we eat it with milk or yogurt, and we always add sugar, honey, or stevia.
