I'm going back to my road bike after a few years of only riding my MTB. A first sit on the Flite saddle was an unpleasant surprise. Compared to the WTB Rocket 5 on my mtb it's like a pinhead.
I did a lot of miles on the flite but often used to suffer from discomfort and numbness.
I understand the road saddle design has improved, are there any favourites?
Would the more couch-like (relatively!) WTB be appropriate for road use?
Sure, I can always mount it on my road bike and find out, but my seatposts are a royal pain to adjust, and typing is easier than wrenching :-)

_ The Rocket makes a fine road saddle. You can get the Stealth version if you're worried about weight.
