  1. A question about saddles:

I'm a 170 pounds rider. I'm wondering whether it's safe to use any road bike saddle for my mountain
bike. As a mtb saddle gets kicked and bumped a lot, perhaps it would be wiser for me to look for a
real solid saddle - instead of my preferred (rather flimsy) road bike saddle?

Well, i use the SLR saddele from Selle Italia, thats not a specifik MTB sadle. You can use any sadle
you want, but if you want some of the best, try a Fizik Aliante, thats comfy and light...and
beautiful :-) Well, choose the one that suits your ass, thats the important part...

I agree with Peter. Try the Fizik line of saddles. I have the Nisene and love it.

I would say that you probably need a new frame.
