I want to participate in the MS Tour de Farms this year for a family member, and I am in need of training suggestions. I ride a Trek 7200 hybred. Last year I was riding 50 miles a day (3 hour ride) 4 days a week, and was pretty wiped out at the end of each ride. the de farms ride is 75 miles each day. I have yet to start riding this year due to the cold climete. Thank for your help.

Start riding. What you did last year looks like it would work. Do that until you are not "pretty wiped out at the end of each ride" and you w/b there.
