Bikedirect is one of the official sellers where you can get bikes under the once French prestigious brand of Motobecane which is own by Kinesis in Taiwan. They also own the once revered name of Mercier. Be aware that you get what you pay for. If you are on a budget, it is a valid alternative. I have one that I made out of a frame and carbon fork I bought in eBay for $140.00 and it is mostly used as my rainy day bike. For the price I paid, I cannot ask for more.See my Motobecane frankenstein at:
