  1. I am a large (5'11, 205lb) flat arch, runner. I have been training
(about 30 mpw) with NB 856 shoes. I need to get a second pair (save on
wear and tear, allow one pair to dry, etc.). I have looked at a few MC
shoes and think the NB 856 is ok. What about the Brooks Beast? Or are
there better/equivalent shoes out there that I might look at?

I also tend to run on trails a few days a week (rocks, roots, small
    hills).

    Thanks,

    John
