  1. I think the most important thing I've learned from low-carb eating is how
    to eat a trans fat and corn syrup free diet. I will carry this with me the
    rest of my life, even if at some future date I decide to not do low-carb
    anymore. These two ingredients, regardless of carb counts, are so bad for
    me that I even feel a little sick if I inadvertantly eat something
    containing either of them.
