I’m looking for a mountain bike pedal that allows more adjustment than my Shimano SPDs. Maybe my shoes are just really out of date, but I only have three choices when it comes to cleat position front to back – none of which put the cleat where I want it. I also want something that will let me adjust toe in/out. Any suggestions for a mountain bike pedal that will give me more adjustability?

most shoes now just have a plate with the 2 threaded holes in them that will slide up and down 2 slides, allowing you to adjust how far back/forward they are (usually aobut say.. an inch movement) and then because its in the slide you can adjust the angle of it (toe), its not your pedal, im assuming yyou have one of those shoes with liek 3 or so different positions for the cleat which are just set in the shoe, have a look at some new shoes mabie
