1. Can living organisms, seeds, plants, genes and human organs, be owned and protected by corporate
patents on intellectual property?
2. Who is responsible for the genetically modified traits of noxious weeds that then become
resistant to weed killers? We now have these super weeds.
3. Can farmers' rights to grow conventional or organic crops be protected?
4. Can farmers keep the ancient right to save their own seed?
5. Who owns life?"
