I'm searching for a derailleur hanger for a 2001 Mongoose IBOC Team SX
carbon mountain bike frame. I've checked derailleurhanger.com and
several other places with no results. I even called Pacific Bicycle who
owns Mongoose now but they don't have any hangers or much knowledge
about the frame since it was made a year or two before they bought the
company from Brunswick. Any ideas?

eBay or a dealer who once sold those bikes.

A machinist shouldn't have a problem emulating one if you already have one
or have a picture of one.
