Monex comes out swingin..
Evan Teske ( National Champion, + bnch of other titles) of Monex got
in a hot water after hitting a rider from McGuire team during a crit.
This resulted in a crash. Later on a police report in Ojai was filed
citing him wit assaul and battery.
John Worthington of Labor Power (socal masters racing team) who is
also a lawyer is retained as legal council.
Ater that Evan gt bumped off a team and currently races with his old
team Dare..

An actual witness would be helpful.
I didn't see it either but the second-hand story says Teske was verbally and
physically assaulted first (called a "fat [censored]" and a back-handed smacked to
the face) by the McGuire rider. He defended himself and the crash followed.
Allegedly.
