Wow I am such a dufus! Today I went to my appointment with my psychologist and I found out that my
appointment was actually yesterday. I am so dumb! I looked at the little appointment card several
different times and for some reason I read Wednesday instead of Tuesday. I wouldn't be so upset
except that I could really use a session, I have a lot to discuss. Oh, and this is still the one
that I don't like that much, I haven't had the time to find a new therapist.

I know how you f eel, Robin. I did the same with my heart specialist. You sure feel like a fool when
