A month or so ago I broke the handlebar mount on my MAG-850 remote. An email to customer service yielded an automated replay that they were all on vacation for the holildays and that I'd be contacted ASAP.
Last week the remote arrives in the mail. Cool!
It's also obvious they had some problems with them as it's reinforced exactly where mine snapped.
