  1. Over the season just gone, I noticed that my FTP decreased at a faster rate than my VO2max power(5 minutes) and my AWC 1-2 minutes.
As a result, as part of my winter training plan, which is mainly SST, I am doing a 1hr session a week at 90%FTP, but as a matter of maintenance, how often should I be working on VO2max power and AWC, or would it be OK to leave work at those levels until some time in the new year?

    Great question. Bump.

Regarding the timing of AWC work in an annual training plan, I thought kmavm's comments here were helpful.
