Has anyone ever heard a patient or person complain that they had an "electrical discharge" in their brain? This would be followed by a partial loss of perceptual abilities and numbness of the senses. I can find no record of this happening anywhere but to one individual.

I had what felt like an electric storm - picking up from the spine and spreading in circles around the head, like cables, then with an "axe like" hit in the centre back of the head; it took a month to recover - i was very ill (blood pressure up and down, severe constant headaches, vertigo, inbability to walk straight, depression both somatic and psychological, sweats, and falling asleep spontanously. It was awful. Still don't know what it was - doctor said withdrawal.
But it felt electric when it started - any ideas?
