  1. Millionaire Fudge

    1 tall can evaporated milk 4 Hershey bars 1 jar marshmallow cream 1 bag (12 oz.) semi-sweet
    chocolate chips 1 lb. pecans or walnuts, chopped fine 2 tsp. vanilla extract

    Mix in large pot. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a rolling boil. Cook 7
    to 8 minutes longer. Remove from heat and pour into large buttered pan. Let cool and cut into
    squares. Makes a lot.

    Smith's Millionaire Fudge

    Combine the following in a Dutch oven

    16 oz. Hershey's chips 16 oz. miniature marshmallows 16 oz. Hershey's chocolate bar (with or without
    almonds, broken into sm. pieces) 4 cup sugar 1 lg. can evaporated milk
    1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

    Combine chips, marshmallows, and chocolate bar in a Dutch oven Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a
    large saucepan Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Cook 7 minutes. Pour over mixture in
    Dutch oven and beat with electric mixer on high speed until smooth. Mix in 4 cups chopped nuts. Pour
    into generously buttered 12x18 inch jelly roll pan. Cool, cut and eat.
