Mikado bike??

I have the opportunity to purchase a well-maintained Mikado road bike for under $100. I tried to do some research on Mikados, but have had a lot of problems finding anything reliable. Any help on if a Mikado bike is decent or not would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any and all help! Dave
