Meet Tuesday 21st, 2am at Cutty Sark in Greenwich. 2.30am: Southwark Needle, south end of London Bridge; 3am: Bar Italia, Frith Stree, Soho to ride with other scores of cyclists through the streets of London to Primrose Hill. 4.43am: sunrise on the longest day of the year.
Sweep back through a waking city to a 6am breakfast at the Island Café, Flat Iron Square, Southwark Bridge Road/Union Street.
