Munchies at midnight. What to eat? I search the box. This is what I find: A jalapeno A chunk of leftover salmon (baked with a crust of ground pecans and lemon zest) A half-eaten package of neufchatel cheese A lemon Some assorted crackers.
Dip! (or is it a spread?)

I've used fake crab in taco shells before. Not bad, as you say, especially ith guacamole, cilantro, and pico de gallo.
I'm gonna have to try that. Thanks, Michael!
We can add it to our shameful food lists.
I'll go for that! It sounds wonderful!
