    I have a new Campy wheel with a Michelin rim strip. I have had these before but I can't remember
    what I did.

    On this new one, I placed the strip and it moved about half an inch. Now I need to figure out how to
    slide the stem hole of the strip over the hole for the wheel.

    Any ideas?
