I have to say....even though he clearly desrved to lose his place on the
podium, I was wondering the very some thing. What the hell were those

Rasmussen won't thrive i a team like that, he has already been with
CSC. Besides CSC couldn't afford him then, and i doubt that they can
afford him now. He has been a very expensive guy since his second
season.

I think the credit should go to T-Mobile, who attacked him relentlessly
every day prior to the ITT. I think their goal was to gain time back
as well as tire him out physically for the ITT, but it ended up also
exhausting him nervously.
