Alcohol has roughly 7 calories per gram.
I've heard that too. Why does Atkins recommend that while on
Induction, you avoid alcohol? Is it because of the
possibility of getting too many carbs? Do you think he'd
feel OK about those on Induction consuming one Michelob
Ultra per day?
