  1. This weekend I was doing my Level 1 strength and conditioning coaches course in Sydney and who was there? The big man Sean Eadie! (former world sprint champion, Olympic medalist etc, etc)

He was doing the course as well since he's about to start doing more coaching and less racing.

It was very cool to hear about how the Aussie track team trained before the last olympics. He was pretty cool about being pestered by a few of us and he cracked a lot of jokes during the course.

Oh yeah and i think i learnt some strength and conditioning stuff as well but thats not really important. 😄

I met Sean at a track carnival up here on the Gold Coast A few years ago, he was an absolute champ to all the kids telling jokes and taking pictures and all that stuff.

He flew round the last corner in a one lap dash and his back wheel skid out, somehow kept it up and it made it look easy. Pure class lol
