Why wait for them to tell it? If you are "in-the-know" then
why not spill the beans yourself?

Perhaps if enough of you got it into the open, all at once,
you might all walk away with a slap on the wrists. You
openly report dirt from inside the peloton, so why not
report the dirt from the parking lot?

If you know something to be true, and you were to tell it,
someone would have to prove you were lying n order to
punish you.
