Of course, I am organised this year and I have paid the price. The freezer door was left ajar last night and as a result the thing has iced over. I am having to do a swift defrost. All contents packed into freezer bags with loads of ice packs to keep the stuff frozen whilst I try to get the main thing sorted as quickly as possible!
