  1. If Menchov's name is on the list, who then was third in La Vuelta last
    year?

    Top 10
    1) Roberto Heras Hernandez (Spa-Lsw) = Disq
    2) Denis Menchov (Rus-Rab)
    3) Carlos Sastre Candil (Spa-Csc)
    4) Francisco Mancebo Perez (Spa-Iba)
    5) Carlos Garcia Quesada (Spa-Ecv)
    6) Ruben Plaza Molina (Spa-Ecv)
    7) Oscar Sevilla Ribera (Spa-Tmo)
    8) Tom Danielson (Usa-Dsc)
    9) Mauricio Alb.Ardila Cano (Col-Dvl)
    10) Juan M.Mercado Martin (Spa-Qst)

So if you elimate those named in the Fuentes affair and exclude the Ecv
riders based on the common knowledge that they all dirty you're left
    with a virtual podium of:

    1) Sastre
    2) Danielson
    3) Ardila

I'm on the fence of whether Ardila gets axed because he's a Columbian
and therefore a doper. That would move Mercado up to 3rd. And the
naysayers said Danielson was GT podium material.
