So just wondering how many cyclists are using Medicine ball training in their cycling routines. What exercises are you finding really good?

Last year I was doing a lot of plyometrics and felt really strong on the bike when climbing. This year I haven't done as much and feel a little weaker. I have been swimming a lot though, which seems to be helping with my endurance, but not overall power.
I figure the medicine ball workouts would help supplement some of the plyometric work that I am not doing. I have plantar fasciitis, so it is almost impossible to do a lot of plyometrics right now.

if you want to be good at (endurance) cycling, then cycle.
