  1. I am a researcher in the Faculty of Engineering at Dalhousie with an interest in the development of
new instruments of use in the practice of medicine. I am currently exploring a technology to measure
cardiac output non-invasively. As part of this work, I need to gain insight into current practice
    and the problems with it.

I would be most grateful if you would complete a questionaire found at:

    watchman.idlab.dal.caQuestionaire.

The file is called Questionaire.doc. Please fill it out and e-mail or fax it back to me. Your
insights will be most helpful. Please do not place the file back in the directory after you
    complete it.

I am soliciting input from a number of clinicians.  Once I have the results from all respondents, I
will make the aggregate results available to them.

Rest assured that your answers will be kept in the strictest confidence.

    Thank you for your time.

    Best regards,

Peter H. Gregson NSERC Chair, Design Engineering Professor, E&CE Dalhousie University
