  1. I was recently chatting a fellow cyclist enthusiast who said they had been on a website that talked about measurements which allow you to have an excellent position on a bike.
Some of the measurements he mentioned were measuring from the ground to the handlebar tops, another to the top of the saddle some more running from the bars to the saddle. When calculated this site told him to raise his saddle by 5mm which he said he could feel once he had done it and that he is a better rider for the changes.
Anyonre knwo the site or of any measurements.
I have just bought a new Orbea Gavia and am really pleased although if feels a lot different to my previous ride.
    Any guides etc out there?

    Many thanks
    Dan
