  1. FYI, check out this site............ www.mealdesigner.com

I just signed up for a trial membership and from what I see it seems
like a great way to schedule and plan meals as well as creating a
    grocery list.

I think this site must be new since there aren't many shared recipes.
    Check it out............

Wow, can we put SPAM onthe grocery list? IMO, it is a dumb way to plan
meals. I buy what looks good. Then later in the month I look to see what I
have and make what seems to be good at the moment. I don't know if I'm
going to be in the mood for chicken next Tuesdayor not.

Instead of trying to sound "cute" withthe "I just found this wonderful web
site" routine, treat people like the smart adults they are and just say you
started a web site, no matter how dumb and idea it is. No one falls for the
    routine you just used.

  3. It was a friend of mine who did the site and introduced it to me....
Not intended to offend anyone... just personally liked it. I'll remove
    the post....
