If I could go on holiday tomorrow, I'd go to ... Maui in Hawaii. I'd stay at the Fairmont Kea Lani Hotel. When I'm there I always visit Mount Haleakala, a 10,000-foot volcano in Wailea. I get up at 4am to join a group cycling tour.
