There has been three legal issues arising from the incident at Kapunda Road in Dec 2003 that resulted in the death of a cyclist. First up, the initial court case:

The McGees were attempting to stop the comtempt of court case, as you can read in the ABC article linked above.
Now that has been dismissed, the McGees will (in due course) face a contempt of court case and face their day in court.
