The best thing to do is to contact a local massage therapist who has experience in myofascial
release and therapeutic work. A physical examination by the therapist will determine in myofascial
release is what you need to help recover.

I've had some on my upper arms after I overdid my strength training and ended up causing some soft
tissue damage to my right brachialis (one of the biceps), and it worked great for me. I never
realized how tight my arm was at the time, but really felt the difference after the treatment.

  4. i picked up one end of a sofa in 98 felt muscle pull in my right shoulder.
it healed then few months later pulled it again. that time it never healed.
its been almost 6 years an i suffer from cronic pain on a daily bases. i
went to 4 doctors and after 2 mri's and other test they came back with the
conclusion that i was suffering from mayofascal pain that id just have to
learn to deal with it. then i heard about 3 months ago of mayofascal release
figured id have nothing to loose by giving it a shot.

  5. Hey Joe..

I feel very optimistic about your situation.. and also have put you in my thoughts and prayers.. I'm
nearly thru the massage program here and everything we're being taught and from things I've read..
I'd keep on doing what you're doing.. look into it further.. don't accept chronic pain as the final
answer just yet.. explore, explore, explore.. be diligent.. and don't discard alternative
therapies.. Myofascial work is pretty amazing stuff.. hang in there, you just may be pleasantly
    surprised at the outcome!
