    Low 70's, no wind, no clouds.

    79.1 miles, 5 hours, 10 minutes. No strain, no problems.
    I felt like I could do another 80 with no problem.

    This was on mix terrain, streets, side walks, trails. Some
    fair grades and some down hills. Top speed of the day
    was 34.7mph.

    And free ice cream at WalMart.

    Thanks guys. Yesterday I did 66 in about the same time but with a 20mph changing
    wind all day. Took the starch out of my shorts for sure!

    Today it was take Mom to the hair dresser, shopping and drive around town
    looking at the dogwood and red buds. I knew just were the best one were
    from my bike rides!
