    On one of cycling forumss
    (http://www.cycling-forum.info/ftopic115.html) I've read that Mavic
    ES's are acctualy made only for persons under 70kg ist this true ?

    LBS prolly said that to get of out giving the guy a refund. If true, the
    wheels were not fit for purpose (as they were sold to a guy obviously over
    70kg) and the guy could claim a full refund from the shop (assuming when he
    bought them it was obvious he'd be riding on them - we can prolly take that
    for granted).

    Remember: LBS staff are generally idiots. Why else would they spend all
    day inside when they could be out riding? 😉
